Kailas Kale
Colour, rhythm, and spiritual symbolism define Kailas Kale’s abstract painting practice. Working with expressive colour fields and layered forms, his compositions explore themes of meditation, energy, and philosophical reflection. Kale’s work often engages with the spiritual concept of Shivatattva, the essence of Shiva, interpreting sacred symbolism such as the Shivlinga and Rudraksha through abstract visual language. Rather than depicting religious imagery literally, his paintings aim to evoke the contemplative and meditative states associated with spiritual inquiry. Through the movement of colour, tone, and form, Kale creates compositions that invite viewers into quiet reflection. His works seek to communicate experiences of stillness, imagination, and inner awareness through the language of colour.

"Pictures are silent, yet they say everything. Colour carries thought beyond words, and when colours gather and move, they take shape and create the image.”
