Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your artwork has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you using the contact information provided at checkout. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
If your artwork hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please write to us at hello50art@gmail.com and we’ll assist you promptly.
What if my artwork arrives damaged or isn’t what I ordered?
We take great care in packing every piece. If there’s an issue, please email us at hello50art@gmail.com with clear photos of the artwork, any damage, and the packaging it arrived in. Our team will review and assist you at the earliest.

Most artworks are sold unframed, unless specified otherwise.

How should I care for my artwork?
We recommend keeping your artwork away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures. Gentle dusting with a soft, lint-free cloth will help preserve its condition over time.
Are the artworks on 50 original?
Yes. All artworks on 50 are original pieces created by the artists we work with and are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Are the artworks signed by the artist?
Yes. Each artwork is signed by the artist, either on the front or back, depending on their practice.
Payments & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers. Cash payments are not accepted.
Do you offer payment in instalments?
At present, full payment is required before dispatch.
What is your refund or return policy?
As most artworks are original and one-of-a-kind, we do not offer returns or refunds once a purchase is confirmed. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
